Billing, your dashboard, and getting help

What your dashboard lets you do, how billing works, and how to reach a human when you need one.

Your dashboard

Everything after launch happens from your dashboard.

  • Your site — the live address, with a link to open it.
  • Site Activity — page views, contact form messages, and taps on your phone number and email address over the last 30 days.
  • Articles — everything published, plus the next article queued to go live.
  • Article editor — change the title, description or body of any published page and republish it.
  • Unpublish or delete — remove an article. Unpublishing also stops that topic being written again.
  • Update Site Settings — reopens setup, where you can change your business details or lead form recipient and republish.
  • Custom domains — the domain wizard.
  • Billing — your plan and payment details.

The Settings menu at the top of the dashboard holds the pages you can change without reopening setup: Article keywords, Privacy policy and Favicon. Each one has a Save and republish button, so your change goes live as soon as you save it.

Site activity and Google Analytics

Every growth site gets its own Google Analytics property, set up for you when the site is published. Until the first numbers come in, the Site Activity card shows Setting up. You do not need a Google account for any of this.

If you already use Google Analytics and want the growth site reported there instead, choose Use your own Google Analytics on the Site Activity card and enter your measurement ID (it starts with G-). The change takes effect the next time your site is republished. From then on your numbers appear in your own Google Analytics account rather than on the card. To go back, choose Change Google Analytics ID and switch back to JumpSites analytics.

Changing your article keywords

The keywords and subjects to avoid that you set while choosing your topics can be changed after launch. Open Settings → Article keywords to add or remove keywords for each topic, or edit the subjects to avoid, then choose Save and republish.

  • A keyword you add gets an article of its own in an upcoming weekly run. It does not wait until the rest of the queue is written.
  • A subject you add to the avoid list is skipped from the next run onwards.

Editing your privacy policy

Your site comes with a privacy policy page that is written for you. To change the wording, open Settings → Privacy policy. Edit the text, then choose Save and republish. Reset to default brings back the original version.

If you have not edited the text, it updates itself when your business name, address or email changes. Once you edit it, the wording is yours and stays as you wrote it.

The same page has a switch for the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. It is on by default for dentists, chiropractors, dermatologists, family practices, optometrists and physical therapists. For every other business type it is off, and you can turn it on if it applies to you.

Changing your favicon

The favicon is the small icon in the browser tab. Open Settings → Favicon to use your logo for it or to upload a separate icon (ICO, PNG or SVG, up to 500 kB), then choose Save and republish.

Editing an article

Published articles are yours to change. Open one in the editor, adjust whatever needs adjusting, and republish. A republish updates the live page, the sitemap and the feed together, so nothing is left pointing at a version that no longer exists.

Billing

Checkout happens during setup, at the preview step, once you have read a real article. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details are never stored by JumpSites.

The plan is a recurring service rather than a one-off build. It covers:

  • The initial launch — your service pages and article library.
  • Weekly publishing thereafter.
  • Hosting and SSL for your site address.
  • Your dashboard, site analytics, the article editor, and custom domain support.

The current price is on the pricing page. Manage your plan and payment details from the billing section of your dashboard.

Getting help

Email support@jumpsites.co and a person will reply within 24 hours. Support is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm MST.

For quick questions, the FAQ covers the things people ask most often, and the support page has the other ways to reach us.

Does JumpSites replace my current website?
No. It is a separate content site designed to boost and complement your local authority, visibility and backlinks, sending visitors back to your main site.
Where does my site live?
On a branded address such as yourbusiness.jump.site, with hosting and SSL included — or on your own subdomain if you connect one.
What gets published each week?
Useful service and local-market content chosen from your approved services, locations and topic plan. Topics you already cover are not repeated.
Can I change an article after it goes live?
Yes. Edit any published article from your dashboard and republish it, or unpublish it entirely.
